We are pleased to offer ultrasound guided injections in our London clinic.
Putting you in the fast lane to recovery means making the most of your time and resources. One-stop ultrasound-guided injections do just that. Moreover, you will benefit from pain relief and more mobility sooner rather than later.
The most common conditions:
- Arthritis or tendonitis not responding to conservative, non-invasive treatment (such as exercise therapy or shockwave therapy)
- Also, One-stop Injections are appropriate for most injections for frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, thumb tendonitis, thumb arthritis, and IT Band Friction Syndrome
Fee for self-paying patients
The cost of an injection includes the consultation, ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injection as part of the one-stop injection clinic. All injections, including advanced procedures, are done with ultrasound guidance and a strict aseptic technique. The price list only pertains to procedures done at Chelsea. Other clinics have different self-pay charges.

Insurance coverage
In most cases, the cost of an ultrasound guided injection is covered for insured patients. We work with all private insurance companies. Your insurance carrier may require pre-authorisation before the injection. Our administration team can assist with obtaining insurance approval for an ultrasound guided injeciton if needed.
Conditions and Limitations
Although convenient, a One-Stop ultrasound-guided injection is not always possible. Some conditions require additional imaging, such as an X-ray or MRI. Before the appointment, Dr. Masci will contact you to determine if One-Stop ultrasound-guided injections are appropriate. Finally, we may delay or postpone planned One-Stop ultrasound-guided injections for medical reasons as necessary.
