What happens at your appointment?

Generally, Dr Masci prefers to assess patients before deciding on Arthrosamid. This consultation can be done face-to-face or remotely. 

On the day of the injection, everything happens during a single visit. Dr Masci examines your knee and scans it with an ultrasound. He drains any swelling and injects the gel under ultrasound guidance. The appointment takes around 60 minutes, and we observe you for 15 minutes afterwards. You walk out the same day.

We also welcome patients travelling from overseas, including the USA and Canada, where Arthrosamid is not yet available.
